The view from our room was fine, especially during the Christmas season. We could see the twinkling lights and festive decorations from our window, made our stay feel even more magical. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with key attractions and shops just a short stroll away.

Great location by the waterfront, close to Albert Dock and Echo Arena. Clean, well-maintained rooms with luxurious beds and amenities. Fantastic breakfast selection with gluten-free options. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the knowledgeable barman. Panoramic views from higher floors add a special touch.

We were impressed with the great location of the hotel, which allowed us to explore Liverpool's riverside attractions easily. Although the room service for evening meal didn't have many options, we enjoyed a plentiful breakfast with choices for all. we'll recommend this hotel.

Located close to Liverpool centre and on the amazing waterfront, this hotel offers easy access to all the main attractions by the river. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with amazing views of the Mersey. The bathroom is modern and the showers have two heads for a luxurious experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a delicious spread, with a good atmosphere in the restaurant.
Tinted or poorly lit mirrors made it difficult to get ready properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Arena and very close to the city center. It was also still close to the city center but distant from everything else, a peaceful place to stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff upon our arrival. The breakfast offered a nice variety of high-quality options.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the main sights and attractions.
